Can you describe how the permissions are set for the Access database and folder that contains the db? Unbelievable!! The permissions have been set on the folder that contains the databases so that the ASPNET user account can have full control and confirmed that the change permission is set.. i have the same problem.but i got nothing from doing that sharing.i noticed that another file is created with .ldb extension but the same name of data base file i use All rights reserved. If the above mentioned 2 users don't have the necessary permissions, the lock file isn't created & ultimately the Microsoft Access database can't be modified..
