e.g. I can't explain why sometimes browser can upload file but it looks like some of them can detect issues with file upload and handle this situation somehow e.g. Have all permissions set correctly. In Firefox I can 'make' this bug happen by trying to upload unallowed file (by extension). Get More Info The other common situation where this happens is debugging code that is writing directly to the page.
