1. How do I get help with using CallWave?
Click the "?" button on the CallWave control panel to get help when you need it. It is located in the top right corner of the CallWave control panel. The CallWave help center will direct you into CallWave help center. Or, CallWave help is also available by clicking on the MENU button and selecting "Get Help From Customer Care".
2. How can I contact CallWave?
You will find a link in the help center for contacting CallWave by email if necessary. Please refer to the proceeding FAQ to learn how to load the help center.
3. How do I change my service level?
CallWave has 4 different call alert packages. To change your service level, click the button on the CallWave control panel. The CallWave Members Zone will load in your browser. Click on the "review billing" link. You will find a link to change your service level there.
4. How do I cancel the CallWave service?
CallWave service can be cancelled in anytime. To cancel the CallWave service, click the button on the CallWave control panel. The CallWave Members Zone will load in your browser. Click on the "review billing" link. You will find a link to cancel your service there.
5. How does CallWave works with my cellphone?
You get a new, local phone number that rings on your cell phone. Tell friends and family to call your new CallWave Number - and you'll be able to screen calls and transfer them to a regular phone. No equipment needed. Works with any cell phone!
6. How Do I Screen Calls on My Cell Phone (Mobile Call ScreeningSM)?
When someone calls your new CallWave Number, your cell phone will ring. Once you answer it, you can "listen in" to your caller as they are leaving you a message. Your caller won't be able to hear you! If it's important, press 1 to take the call. Or, let it go to voice mail and CallWave will continue taking a message for you. You decide when you want to talk!
7. How does a CallWave Phone Number work?
It's simple. Once you purchase your CallWave phone number and password, just call that number, activate your service, and enter the phone number where you would like your calls to ring, such as your cell phone, work phone, or even your parents' phone. If you download our optional software, you'll be able to hear and screen incoming calls using your Internet-connected PC. If you decide to change where your CallWave phone number rings, you can do so at any time from any phone or Internet-connected PC.
