1. How to install CallWave on my computer?
Setting up CallWave a computer is very easy and it takes very little time.

2. Your computer will then start downloading CallWave file. This process will
take seconds to a few minutes depending on your modem speed.

wizards.

2. Is the CallWave set up process the same if I am using laptop?
Yes, of course the CallWave set up process is the same. Just follow the easy steps above and you will be alright.
3. Do I need extra features on current telephone service to use CallWave?
Only small changes in the telephone service will be made. CallWave users will need to add the "call forwarding on busy" feature at a cost of about $1.50 per month. This feature will forwards incoming calls to the toll free number your line is busy. CallWave will set this up for you when you download the software if your telephone company is listed on their site.
4. What operating systems does CallWave work with?
Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows ME, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 98, and Windows 95.
5. Does CallWave work with MAC operating system?
Nope, you will need to change your operating system if you are using MAC OS in order to use CallWave.
6. Does CallWave work with my Internet service providers?
CallWave works with almost all major Internet Service Providers (ISP's) in United States. These include AOL, Blue Light, CompuServe, EarthLink, Juno, MindSpring, MSN, NetZero, PeoplePC, Prodigy, and any ISP that is local to your area.
7. Can I use CallWave with a Cable Modem or DSL?
CallWave works with either a Cable Modem or DSL. Using CallWave with a Cable
Modem or DSL makes your Internet act like a second phone line. When talking
on the phone, any calls that come in are routed through your "always-on"
Internet connection to your PC.
